This academy is under license from the government of India and is surrounded by the boundaries of Indian Navy at Visakhapatnam. Manasa is declared as the best academy in India by the central government, it is one of the biggest and oldest defence academy which has it’s own playground, swimming pool, gym, A/c or non A/c hostel, mess for veg/non-veg and north/south Indian foods. DAILY STUDY PLAN FOR NDA 2026 ASPIRANTS

Daily Routine for NDA 2026 Aspirants

Morning Schedule

  • 5:00 AM – Wake Up & Freshen Up

    • Personal hygiene, meditation, and light stretching.

  • 5:30 AM – Physical Training (PT)

    • Running, push-ups, sit-ups, rope climbing, obstacle course.

    • Focus on endurance, strength, and agility, guided by retired Army officers.

  • 6:30 AM – Yoga / Breathing Exercises

    • Enhances focus, flexibility, and mental calmness.

  • 7:00 AM – Breakfast

    • Healthy meal to fuel morning activities.


Morning Academic Session

  • 7:30 AM – NDA Written Exam Preparation

    • Mathematics: Concepts, problem-solving, and practice papers.

    • General Ability Test (GAT): English grammar, comprehension, current affairs, and GK.

  • 9:30 AM – Short Break

  • 9:45 AM – Mock Tests / Previous Year Papers

    • Time-bound practice to improve accuracy and speed.

  • 11:00 AM – English Communication / Vocabulary

    • Speaking practice, comprehension, and writing skills.


Afternoon Schedule

  • 12:30 PM – Lunch

  • 1:00 PM – Rest / Power Nap

  • 1:30 PM – SSB Interview Preparation

    • Psychological Tests: WAT, TAT, SRT, Self-Description.

    • Group Tasks & Discussions: GD, GD-I, GD-II, leadership exercises.

  • 3:30 PM – Personality & Leadership Development

    • Confidence-building exercises, public speaking, and etiquettes.


Evening Schedule

  • 4:30 PM – Physical Training / Sports

    • Swimming, gym, volleyball, or other outdoor games to improve fitness and teamwork.

  • 5:30 PM – Evening Tea / Refreshments

  • 6:00 PM – Study Session / Doubt Clearing

    • Focus on weak areas in Math, GK, or English.

  • 7:30 PM – Current Affairs & GK Update

    • Discuss latest news, defence updates, and important events.


Night Schedule

  • 8:00 PM – Dinner

  • 8:30 PM – Revision & Self-Study

    • Revise the day’s learning, practice short quizzes, and sample papers.

  • 9:30 PM – Meditation / Relaxation

    • Helps improve concentration and quality sleep.

  • 10:00 PM – Lights Out

    • Ensure 7+ hours of sleep for physical and mental recovery.
